The service
Operativo is a subscription software (SaaS) that helps professionals and small businesses create quotes and invoices, plan their day and keep a memory of the work done. The provider is Operativo (operativo-ai.com).
Account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for the activity on your account. One account = one professional or business.
Pre-launch phase
During this phase the service is in early access: no payment can be made and no card details are requested. Reserving a seat is free and non-binding: we only collect your email address to notify you when payments open and to guarantee you the price shown. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to atlas@operativo-ai.com. The service can be used for free with a 7-day full trial and, after that, with a monthly limit of AI actions.
Plans and payments
Free plan limited to 3 documents per month. Pro plan $29 per month (or $249 per year) with a 7-day free trial, automatic renewal, cancel anytime from the customer portal. Launch pass: a one-time payment of $49.90 that gives 6 months of full Pro access, with no automatic renewal, a fair use of 300 AI actions per month and limited availability (300 seats). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Fair use
AI features have a variable cost. If you exceed your plan's fair use, AI actions pause until the next month; documents, PDFs and email keep working. Users who joined the pre-launch waitlist keep a bonus of 20 AI actions per month for life, tied to the email address used to join. We may suspend accounts causing abuse or abnormal load.
Your content
The content you upload stays yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to run the service (store, process, generate PDFs and send email at your request).
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, unsolicited email or infringement of third-party rights.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of being error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Operativo is not a tax advisor: always review the documents it generates.
Length of the launch pass
The launch pass lasts 6 months from the payment date. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends: your account goes back to the Free plan and you decide whether to move to the Pro plan. Documents you created stay yours and downloadable.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the mandatory rights granted by their local law.
