The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Monthly subscription
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of the first charge and have not substantially used the service, we refund it in full.

How to request a refund
Email atlas@operativo-ai.com from the address used for the purchase. We process requests within 5 business days; your bank may take up to 10 days to show the credit.
Exceptions
We do not refund accounts suspended for abuse or breach of the terms.
