Who we are
Operativo (operativo-ai.com) is the data controller. For any request write to atlas@operativo-ai.com.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password, optional business details such as VAT number, address, IBAN and logo) and the content you create in the app (clients, quotes, invoices, tasks, notes). Minimal technical data for security (IP address, access logs).
Why we use it
To deliver the service (create documents, generate PDFs, send emails to your clients), to bill your subscription and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Artificial intelligence
When you use AI features, only the text needed for the request is sent to the model provider (Anthropic/OpenAI through our provider) to generate the answer. Your content is not used to train models.
Processors
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion we remove it within 30 days, unless tax or legal obligations apply.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to atlas@operativo-ai.com. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We only use technical cookies required for authentication. No advertising cookies.
